Director – Real Estate Investments
As Director, Brian oversees day-to-day operations, investment, and brokerage activities for JDS Companies. Brian has significant experience in real estate development, finance, and capital structuring of commercial, medical, residential, and retail projects. To date Brian has helped procure over $105MM in capital through various banks, insurance companies, and private equity firms, and has facilitated the purchase/disposition over $65MM in investment assets.
